4. Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
